I. Objective

 

 

The goal is to effectively lead technical projects related to digital transformation such as migration and/or automation of infrastructure as code.  As an objective for change it is important to increase communication between departments by means of Run-books, Playbooks, Wiki updates to ensure the quality of service is met. Providing information for standardization will help drive the business and help with disaster recovery planning, and Development Operations. Business continuity and disaster recovery planning are based on information that is readily available for support departments to execute within SLA time-frames.  The goal of automation and document of procedures will ensure efficiency while cutting response time for high availability of resources. I have the skills and knowledge of administration, engineering and support for information technologies across the enterprise, including day to day monitoring of activity management, routine maintenance, personnel management, and vendor management. At the end of the day, I bring in-depth knowledge of creating standardize architectures using secure workflows for projects such as, lift & shift, migrations, network implementations, application engineering, and security compliance risk management using multiple technologies. Additional projects include technical operations development for enterprise or corporate infrastructure teams with a proactive methodology.

  4. Implemented disaster recovery site for onsite location and 20 other client domains with AD administration projects sole ownership retrofitting new DCs and raising the domain functionalities.

  6. Prepared and planned Disaster asset inventory and remediation with scheduled backups.

  7. Sole ownership of creating a new domain for the company. Then created a trust with all legacy domains to move client’s servers into new domain with multiple vlans creating network security layer in addition to domain security. Then created a security model around role based access and server based access to automate the access control. Next, I built over 150 servers for new client environments totaling in 15 environments from start to go live.

  8. Architected solutions and client applications for high availability implemented the builds. Cloud migration from VMware private cloud to AWS public cloud. Site to site AD federation across both environments with Identity access management. Built new in the cloud and used AWS services solutions to transition the SaaS to a highly available secure solution with automation for rapid build processes.
